Paris-Berlin is a French & German organic bakery based in Auckland. We bake traditional
German and
French breads and delicious old-world style cakes and pastries. All our breads are handmade, naturally leavened, and 100% organic. We bake traditional French white
sourdough breads; traditional German sourdoughs; south-German pretzels and pretzel breads, and naturally leavened, yeast, dairy, and gluten-free bread. Our breads are baked directly on stone tiles, which gives them a robust and tasty crust that seals in flavour and keeps the loaves dense and moist. Our bread is as good as bread can be, because we love bread.
Our cakes and pastries are made according to traditional German and French recipes that place utmost importance on taste and original style. At our shop you will be greeted by a selection of tried and true cakes and pastries as well as a seasonal variety, only available at certain times of the year. We will be at the Grey Lynn farmers market, every Sunday from Sunday the 12th of February, 2012.
